What you enter
To get a quote, we pass the postal codes, country, city (international only), weight, dimensions and selected services to the sources. Sources handle that information under their own policies. We never ask for a name, street address, email or phone number.
What we keep
Each price returned is added to our open dataset with locations coarsened: the first three characters of a Canadian postal code (FSA), the first three digits of a US ZIP code, or the country only elsewhere. Full postal codes are not stored.
Your IP address is used only in memory, to enforce request limits; it is not stored in our database. The host’s technical logs may keep it briefly for security.
Where data is hosted
In Canada, in Montréal.
