Canadian Shipping Index

Every day we price a basket of everyday goods on fixed lanes through every source we can reach, and track the cheapest all-in price for each. The index is the basket’s movement since the first day (base 100). The platforms’ terms forbid publishing their prices, so everything here is relative: index points, win shares and percentage gaps.

Latest basket. Premium = how much more a carrier’s best option costs than the cheapest option, on average.

Where shipping costs more

Cheapest price to each destination relative to the median destination, same goods.

Lane winners
